Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Law College was established vide Government of Sindh Notification No. S. GENL: 19-4/2008/4159 dated 31st Dcc, 2011 by the Honorable Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah, considering the needs of Education and Literacy in the remote areas of District Malir, East Karachi, District Thatta and District Badin.
The scheme was proposed by Mr. Riaz Hussain Lund Balouch, Central Additional General Secretary, People’s Lawyer’s Forum Pakistan. In response there of, the Honourable Chief Minister passed order of physibility of the college vide letter No. SO (IMP) /CMS/K-III (17) / 2008/119 dated 18th Nov. 2008. The state of art building was established by the then Govt. of Shaheed Mohatarma Benazir Bhutto. The college is located at Memon Goth Malir, Karachi.

The Library holds over 10,000 volumes, the core of which is a comprehensive range of legal materials for the practitioners and law students.
